I am 53 kg. I am 5’2” or 5’3”. I want to lose 8kg by the beginning of July. I would love to be able to eat less, or not at all, but I can’t. I’m forced to eat by my parents and friends, and I don’t want to seem suspicious by skipping meals. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I dont know if anyone will ever look at this, but I’m going to start the Rainbow Diet, just with my own little twist. For example, I can’t fast because my parents will get too suspicious. CW- 113 lbs GW- 99 lbs
